After a short illness, it is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Avery, Vice President of Export and Warehouse Operations at Trans-Overseas Corporation for the last 39 years. First and foremost, his foundation was his faith and family. On a professional level, Paul was one of the most knowledgeable and well respected individuals in our industry, a great mentor to many and certainly a major contributor to the company’s success. Those who knew Paul understood he had no time for ‘nonsense’ but always time for you both professionally and personally. His knowledge, experience and commitment to our industry will always be remembered. Bottom line….there is no doubt our industry has lost a treasure.
